The spacious living/dining room is furnished with a flat-screen TV, leather sofas, wooden furniture and original paintings: it leads directly onto a deep, outdoor terrace with dining table and chairs. Just beyond is a sunny patio enclosed in lavender and flowers, whilst lawns lead past hibiscus and palms to the plunge pool surrounded by exotic plants, pebbles and shells. |
| | |  | The fully-fitted kitchen has a small breakfast bar and offers a cooker, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing maching and dryer, telephone point and ample cupboard space. |

| | | Most basic foodstuffs and cleaning materials are provided on a ‘trust’ basis with a simple house rule — if it is about to run out, please replace it! |

| | | | | The villa offers three bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and three bathrooms (two en-suite). Each bedroom has excellent king-sized double beds which, if required, separate to create two single beds. There is plenty of cupboard space. Two bathrooms have underfloor heating. |
