Located immediately adjacent to the thirteenth hole on the San Roque old course (venue for the 2005 and 2006 Spanish Open), this delightful and luxuriously appointed town house on three floors offers access to golf of the highest standard and comfortable, home from home living for the discerning golfer and holidaymaker.
A large, covered outdoor rear terrace overlooking the secluded rear garden and private plunge pool (6m x 2.5m and heated all year round) has an additional dining table, chairs and Concept II rowing machine. Sunloungers and parasol are on a sunny patio set into the lawn, and enclosed in lavender and rosemary hedges.
The villa has all mod cons including hot and cold air conditioning, fully marbled bathrooms, and a Siematic kitchen with an American fridge-freezer (including chilled water and ice-maker), washing machine, dryer, hob, oven and dishwasher.
A large living/dining room, with locally-made leather sofas and original works of art, overlooks the delightful sub-tropical rear garden and its pool, heated all year round. There is also satellite Sky Sports TV installation and broadband connectability.
